Most of my clients are women, so my language and examples are often women-focused, and I’m also a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. That said, the coaching principles apply to anyone who wants sustainable strength, supportive nutrition, and a mindset that helps you stay consistent in real life.

Supportive, sustainable nutrition that fits real life. As a Precision Nutrition certified coach, I’ll guide you through simple foundations (like protein and consistent meals) and build from there, without extremes or food guilt.
No. MMM starts with supportive foundations that are easier to stick to than tracking. Tracking is optional and only used later if it genuinely helps you.
Most people do best with 2–4 sessions per week, depending on schedule and recovery. MMM is designed so you can make progress without living in the gym.
Workouts are designed to be efficient and repeatable. You’ll have a clear plan for normal weeks and a simpler option for busy or low-energy weeks.
MMM is built for that. You’ll have a “minimum that counts” option and a clear way to return without guilt or restarting. Progress continues, even when your week doesn’t go according to plan.
This depends on the programme, but many MMM plans can be done at home or in the gym with simple options. Each course will clearly list equipment and alternatives.
You don’t have to push through pain. MMM includes sensible regressions, range adjustments, and exercise swaps so you can train safely and build confidence. If something feels sharp or is getting worse, you’ll scale back and choose a better option.
Many people do see body composition changes as they train and fuel consistently. MMM’s primary goal is building strength, energy, and self-trust. We focus on habits you can maintain, because that’s what creates lasting results.
Mindset in MMM is practical: self-talk, boundaries, consistency, and tools for the 4pm wobble and 2am self-doubt. It’s about learning how to stay with yourself on hard days so you don’t disappear.
No hidden costs. If a programme requires any specific equipment, app, or additional service, it will be clearly stated on the sales page before you purchase. Any extras will be optional unless explicitly listed as required.

For 1:1 coaching, yes. You’ll complete a short PAR-Q form. This is a physical readiness questionnaire that helps us both screen for potential health issues to check that it’s safe for you to start your coaching program. It is compulsory that you complete this before we begin working together.
Yes, that’s why you are required to complete the Intake Form and book your appointment to discuss your answers, so that we can design a personalised program just for you.

Your coaching journey is a commitment to your growth. Once we begin, coaching becomes a time-bound service and is non-refundable.
This work is designed for real life, including the weeks that don’t go to plan, because that’s often where the most meaningful progress is made.
If something significant changes, like illness, injury, surgery, bereavement, or another major life event, please reach out. We’ll adjust your plan and focus so you can keep moving forward in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
